Egyptian dancer Dina has announced that she has accepted an offer to star in a new film, in which she will play the role of a young female lawyer, who strives to be successful. The dancer will for the first time take off her belly dancing outfit and wears a lawyer’s robe to defend convicted people of a crime they did not commit and succeeds in proving their innocence.
According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, throughout the course of events in the film, Dina proves her capabilities as a successful lawyer and becomes well-known leading many important people to seek her assistance in handling their cases. The film directed by Ahmad Said Al Din will also costar Egyptian actors Tariq Lutfi, Ahmad Khalil and Wafa Sadiq.
Dina has also accepted an offer for a role in the new television series “Al Bilad Al Mujawireh” (Neighboring Countries), which will mark her first leading role on the small screen. Dina will play the role of a simple village girl who is taken advantage by man running for elections.
The man uses Dina to achieve his main goal of being elected by turning her into flirtatious woman. Dina will costar alongside Mohammad Riad, Ahmad Khalil, Jamal Ismail and Dunia Samir Ghanem. –Albawaba.com
