The Lebanese artist Dolly Shaheen recently had surgery and is taking time off to recover. Dolly is staying at her home located in October 6th City in Cairo. When she returns to work she will resume filming her scenes in the television sitcom “Reef O Nos” (Urban and a half).
On the other hand, Dolly agreed to star in the new television drama series “Farah O Firqit Marah” (Farah and the Marah band), after the actress May Kasab turned the role down. The series is written by Bakhit Bayoumi and directed by Hamdi Al Ibrashi.
The story of the new series is about a married couple who have been married for the past seven years and there were not able to have any kids. Since they have lots of love for kids they open an orphanage.
