The Kuwaiti TV series Jurh Al Zaman (Life Wound) written by Fajr Al Said has made history.
The drama series has changed the rules of the Egyptian Satellite Channel (ESC) which airs only Egyptian series, when the channel lately agreed for the first time to air a Gulf series.
“It is the first time for a Kuwaiti series to be aired by the ESC and in Ramadan in particular. This means the series in particular and the Kuwaiti drama in general are distinguished,” the series star Hayat Al Fahed told the London-based Arabic daily Al Sharq Al Awsat.
She added, “the series continues recording smash hits with all the Arab satellite channels which I felt during my visits to many Arab countries.” – Albawaba.com
