Prominent Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq is currently living the happiest days of his life for a number of reasons. The most important reason is the fact that he will finally become a father. Ehab had recently learned that his wife is pregnant and that in no time he will be a father for the first time.
According to the London based Elaph, the second reason behind the singer’s happiness is his debut into the acting world. Ehab has given his approval to enter the acting world and is currently holding extensive work sessions with producer and director Walid Al Tabi’ee to agree on the details of the new film “Kashy”, which is written by Tareq Barakat.
Egyptian actress Ghada Abdul Riziq will star in the film alongside Ehab. Filming of the first scenes is scheduled to take place in the upcoming few days. The makers of the film are hoping to have it ready for screening during the upcoming summer season.
Ehab has expressed his joy at the different matters he is going through whether on a personal or professional level. He revealed that he was very hesitant about giving his approval to act but after long thoughts and reading the script of the new film he decided to give it a try. He added that the script for the film “Kashy” was the most appealing to him out of the many others he had received.
Ehab also stated that having Ghada in the film also made his decision easier, especially since he considers her to be a very talented actress, in addition to the fact that he is very close to producer Walid, who has returned to production after a two-year absence.
