Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq has decided to make a go at cinema production with the help of his brother and business manager Hussam Tawfiq.
Ehab’s decision came after producers demanded nearly 3 million Egyptian pounds to produce his new film “Rasa’el Gharam” (Love Letters).
According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, Ehab is to begin filming in the near future and anticipates completion before the Muslim holiday Eid Al Fitr.
Recently Ehab’s father underwent open heart surgery, and the singer remained at the hospital for days by his side.
Ehab explained that it was the hardest time of his life, and expressed his gratitude to God that the operation was successful and that his father survived.
