Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq has postponed the shooting of his first screen role until he finishes defending his doctoral thesis, Music and Singing in the 20th Century, according to ArabStar.Net.
Tawfiq said he would start shooting immediately after finishing his academic duties at the end of this month.
He refused to reveal the name of the new movie, stating that it would be a big surprise to everyone.
The upcoming film will be a musical, featuring an internationally known female singer – Albawaba.com
