Lebanese singer Elaine Khalaf recently appeared as a guest on an entertainment program aired on the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC) to launch her most recent album, performing four of her news songs.

According to the London based Elaph, Elaine revealed her personal side during the show, taking cameras through a day of her life away from the spotlight.

The singer said when she is not working on a new album or holding performances, she lives a regular life just like anyone else.

Elaine has been nominated for the leading role in the upcoming Egyptian film, "Bahibak Ya Amar" (I Love You Precious), written by Mohammad Nasr Al Din.

While Elaine is reviewing the script, the search has begun for a leading male actor.

After a year long absence from the scenes, Elaine released her new album, "Bardo Sudfa" (Also a Coincidence). She has aired her second music video, "Mini Elak" (From Me to You) from the album, under the direction of Salim Turk.

The album features ten songs in the Lebanese and Egyptian dialects, under the production of ‘Alam El Phan.’
