Lebanese singer Elissa has denied circulating rumors in Egyptian newspapers and magazines stating that she is the cause of over 70 thousands divorce cases. She stated that who ever made such a claim should have factual evidence and not make such assumptions.
Elissa said that she is the biggest victim of rumors yet she is the last person to comment on any of the lies that are spread about her.
With regards to classifying her among the list of seductive singers, Elissa said that maybe many think that her style is somewhat daring, but at the same time to her being daring does not mean that she is a seductive singer who tries to use her body to attract audiences.
The singer noted that she was raised in a very normal manner and her style of clothing is not exaggerated.
On a different note, Elissa expressed her joy at the success of her most recent album and the achievement of the highest sales in Egypt and the Gulf countries.
