Elissa satisfied with fame

Lebanese singer Elissa turned down all offers to be in any movie, stating that the offers she had received were in no way right for her. Elissa stated that she did not see any offer that would change her decision of entering the acting world and starring in a film.

 Elissa noted that she does not think that fans would like her less if she did not star in a film and acquire an acting career along with her singing one, but rather is very satisfied with her accomplishments and feels that she is very well known and loved by her fans and people worldwide.

 She sees a big difference between acting in a video clip and acting in a movie. Elissa thinks that in a video clip she is acting in to some extent, however in film it’s totally different. She made clear that having many known singers starting in movies doesn’t concern her or affect her decision.

 According to the site Bokra, Elissa had started her music journey on “Masrah AL Sa’a Al Ashirah” (The Ten O’clock Stage) with the producer Waseem Tabara.
