Fadel Shaker and Najwa Karam join forces on New Year’s Eve
The holiday season drawing near has led sponsors of entertainment events to begin holding negotiations with singers to sing at their scheduled events. One of the scheduled events to be taking place is a performance by Lebanese singer Najwa Karam at the Venice Hotel in Beirut alongside Lebanese Singer Fadel Shaker on New Year’s Eve.
According to the London based Elaph, Fadel has recently released his latest album "Sidi Ruhi" (Master of My Soul" produced by Rotana. The new release, which is a selling success, includes numerous songs that shift from classic to fast rhythm and other kinds of music.
Najwa Karam is still working on her upcoming album, which is scheduled to be released early 2004. Karam who refuses to give further details about her new CD, suffered an emotional crises after the death of the poet Isam Zugaib who wrote her the best songs she performed including the song "Wi Ikberna" (And we Grew Up), which she sang with prominent Lebanese singer Wadee’ Al Safi. –Albawaba.com
