Faisal Al Qassem shocked over brother’s expulsion from Egypt

Faisal Qasem, the anchor for Qatar based news network, Al Jazeerah, said that he feels sorry that his brother/singer Majd El Qassem was forced out of Egypt, due to a rift between Jazeerah and Egypt Television. 

Faisal said that he would like to know what wrong his brother committed in order to instigate such an action against him; especially since Majd considers Egypt his homeland. 

According to Al Bayan newspaper, Al Jazeerah had defamed Egyptian symbols during one of its programs. 

Faisal who hosts the popular political series, Al Wajh El Mu’akes (The Opposite View), said to Al Bayan newspaper, “even if I made a mistake, why was my brother involved in what happened?!” 

Meanwhile, the brothers, who are originally Syrian, have both been very successful in their work; one political and the other entertaining. – Albawaba.com.
