Forty-eight hours to decide on the outcome of Ahmad Zaki’s condition
Doctors supervising the health condition of Egyptian actor Ahmad Zaki, who is being treated for lung cancer, have revealed that the upcoming forty-eight hours will decide on the outcome of his health condition and will pinpoint the amount of damage the heart attacks have made. The doctors stressed that the actor is showing positive signs of recovery.
According to the Kuwaiti based daily, Al Qabas, Dr. Hassan Al Bana revealed that the actor went through a very critical stage and they are doing all they can to improve his condition in the soonest time possible. Ahmad will remain in the ICU for the next 48-hours to ensure that no other complications arise.
Zaki had encountered a severe heart attack that called for his immediate admittance into the ICU. Egyptian doctor Hassan Mitwali, who is one of the supervising doctors of Egyptian Ahmad Zaki' health condition, revealed that the heart attack occurred the moment the actor heard the news of the decease of Egyptian prominent actor Mahmoud Mursi.
It was revealed that the singer's condition deteriorated severely and he is now under strict and direct supervision, after he experienced problems in his respiratory system. Doctors have not yet determined the outcome of Ahmad's status, but they are hopeful he will recover soon. Just a few days ago, doctors had announced that the singer was improving significantly and that his immunity was increasing. Egyptian doctor Hassan Mitwali, another doctor supervising Zaki's condition, had revealed that the actor is gradually improving and is showing positive signs for a fast recovery, adding that the actor frequently leaves the hospital for personal visits.
It had been revealed that the medical team in charge of Ahmad’s condition has succeeded in increasing his immune system, which has been showing constant decline as is the case with most cancer patients during chemotherapy. The actor has now begin stage seven of his chemotherapy, after it was postponed due to the low immunity he was experiencing. –Albawaba.com
