Leading ladies: Are Ghada Adel & Dalia Al Buhairi squabbling over starring in same soap?
As if Dalia Al Buhairi has not been through enough with the death of her daughter in August; now people are making up silly rumors about her upcoming role in “Imra'ataan” (Two Women).
Rumor has it that Egyptian actress Ghada Adel is replacing Dalia in the 2014 Ramadan drama. It may have surprised both actresses to hear this, but it was the show's producer Adel Husni who was mostly puzzled by the claims.
According to Sayidaty.net, Husni said that he read the rumor in tabloids, but clarified that more than one actress was nominated for the leading role and the final decision was to have both Ghada and Dalia star in the soap.
Well, hence the title “Two Women”!
As for fellow Egyptian actress Nelly Karim, who was also nominated for the role, Husni said: “Nelly was simply nominated for the role; she wasn't overlooked nor did she turn it down, simple because she will be busy working on another drama at the time of filming “Two Women.”
There you have it then, chillax!
