Guns N' Roses follow Slash to the UAE

Axl Rose just can’t get enough of the UAE. The rock star and what now makes up his band Guns N' Roses will return to Abu Dhabi on March 28 to perform at the du Arena on Yas Island.

It is his second concert at the venue, following a 2010 performance for 21,000 fans. It is the second return of a major rock act to the venue, following the announcement last month of Metallica’s return on April 19.

Guns’n Roses now includes DJ Ashba, Dizzy Reed, Tommy Stinson, Richard Fortus, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, Chris Pitman and Frank Ferrer. The band’s legendary guitarist, Slash, who left after a falling out with Rose, performed in Dubai on January 31.
