Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi revealed the secret behind her maintaining a perfect figure stressing that she strongly believes in following a routine lifestyle based on advice from the wise. The steps Haifa follows on a daily basis are:
1. Waking up early, having a healthy breakfast and performing simple morning exercises.
2. Avoiding strict diets that are based on depriving a person of food and insisting on having good old Lebanese cuisine without overdoing.
3. Drinking large quantities of water to ensure her complexion and to not overindulge herself in food. In addition having a good amount of water helps the digestion system perform better.
4. Avoiding the concept exercising to lose weight and staying fit, but rather exercises lightly on a daily, and has three more exhausting exercises on a weekly basis which she undergoes to release stress and pressure that comes with her profession and day to day life.
5. While doing her three a week exercises, she ensure to lift heavy weight to tighten her body, but making sure not to overdo it.
6. Last, but not least, eating a light and early dinner and avoid over snacking at night.
