After the fierce encounter in court between Lebanese singers Haifa Wahbi and Rula Sa’ed, fate had it that the two women meet again face to face at Beirut’s International Airport. Haifa and Rula both had reservations on the same plane heading to Cairo – Egypt.
According to the London based Elaph, both singers tried to avoid one another by looking the other way and trying hard not to run into each other, especially since the disputes between them are still ongoing.
On a different note, Rula denied circulating rumors that she is banned from singing in Syria and that she is on the black list of singers, who are considered as indecent and not fit to hold performances in Syria due to their manner of singing. Rula stated that she in fact has a scheduled concert in Syria on August 25 at Halab Palace alongside Lebanese singer Fares Karam.
Rula added that she never received any notice banning her from entering Syria and taking part in any music performance.
Rula has begun preparations for the filming of her second movie in Egypt with the production company ‘Video A’. The singer did not reveal the nature of her role stating that it will be a big surprise to everyone.
