Haifa Wahbi a symbol of true Arab beauty

The Jordanian Committee for the International Petra Beauty Festival has announced that it will present Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi with the “Beauty and Arts” Award. The festival will take place in Amman Jordan at the end of May and will feature the latest trends in fashion and hairstyles for women.
The head of the festival revealed that over 200 beauty experts from salons around the world will take part in the festival. Haifa was nominated for the prestigious award since she resembles “true Arab beauty,” in addition to her great contributions to the entertainment world, the judges explained.
Haifa is currently living a love story with an unknown man, and plans on making a serious commitment to him. Sources have revealed that in the next few days the singer will publicly announce her relationship to end the series of rumors that have been circulating about a secret marriage.
On a different note, Haifa accused Lebanese singer Marwa of stealing the idea for her music video for the song “Rajab,” which she filmed nine months ago under the direction of Hadi Al Bajouri. Hadi claims the idea for the clip was the appearance of Haifa in the same dress worn by Egyptian legendary actress Hind Rustom in the film “Bab Al Hadeed” (The Iron Door). Marwa used this exact same image in her clip, in addition to other scenes.
Hadi suspects someone who worked on the set may have passed the idea to the director of Marwa’s clip, or it may have leaked through the press. Haifa wisely requested that Hadi develop a new idea for the clip to avoid accusations that she imitated Marwa’s clip “Sheel Eedak” (Take Your Hand Off).
