Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi is in the process of shooting her upcoming music video for the song "Bidi Eish" (I Want to Live) under the direction of Saeed Al Marouq. The new song is part of her latest album and is written and composed by prominent Lebanese composer Elias Rahbani.
The song "Bidi Eish" is the main song of the new album, which she has already recorded most of the songs for in order to have it ready for release during the Muslim holiday Eid El Fitr.
Lebanese singer Nidal Sultan is waiting for the final decision to be made by Haifa over a new duet he wishes to sing with her. Nidal has chosen Haifa especially to sing with him the song “Al Gharam” (Love), written by Al Hamid Al Habbak and composed by Ehab Abdul Wahid.
Haifa had given her initial acceptance to sing a duet with Nidal, but stressed she wished to listen carefully to the words of the song and its composition during her upcoming visit to Cairo.
It has been revealed that Haifa is Nidal’s second choice, where as Lebanese singer Mariam Faris was first chosen to sing the duet but due to her preoccupation with other matters she turned down the proposition.
Wahbi had recently traveled to the United States of America, where held four concerts in different states. This trip marks the first time in her career that Haifa holds performances in the US and the tour took her to Boston, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. –Albawaba.com
