Hanan Turk believes that Mother’s Days is a mimic
The famous Egyptian actress Hanan Turk described the celebration of Mother’s Day as a mimic.
Those who do celebrate Mother’s Day are only imitating the West without knowing the roots of such celebrations.
Turk explained that ever since she became more religious and started wearing a Hijab (Muslim women head cover) she stopped celebrating such event, adding that people should always make special relations with their mothers throughout the year.
On her acting grounds, Turk is still in the process of filming her scenes for the television drama series “Hanem Bint Basha” which is a comeback for Turk after a three years absence. The drama series will starts Ehab Fahmi, Siham Jalal, Muhammad Al Sawi, Abed Al Rahman Abu Zahrah, Sawsan Bader and Raja Al Jidawi. The series is directed by the director Saeed Hamed.
