Young Egyptian actress Hanan Turk has since her debut in the acting world achieved tremendous success leading her to question this fame as well as strong feelings of fear from it. Hanan had graduated from the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />EgyptianCollege of Ballet with honors but has never taken on a role throughout her acting career as a ballerina.

According to the London based weekly, Sayidaty, Hanan revealed that the most thing that occupies her mind these days is the Islamic headdress Hijab. Hanan stressed that it is the duty of every Muslim female to wear the Hijab, despite the fact that she herself does not wear it. She added that she had to point out to the world her view regarding the Hijab and knows God will punish her for not wearing it.

Hanan stressed that she dreams of the day when she will wear the Hijab and become a devoted Muslim, but she honestly added that the time has not yet come and doing so at the current time is close to impossible.

On a different note, Hanan has expressed extreme anger at the way she was humiliated in the new clip she filmed with prominent Iraqi singer Kathem El Saher. The actress stress that her participation was not marked a unique one and she appeared as any other model that acts in a music video.

Hanan added that the actions of the director, who omitted most of the scenes she had done, was unprofessional and contradicting to what she had expected. The producing company of the clip had tired to reconcile with the actress by adding a special thanks to her efforts in the script of the song, a matter that in fact lessened the anger of Hanan.

El Saher had chosen Hanan for the leading role in his music video “Ahibini” (Love Me), which is written by the late renowned Lebanese poet Nizar Qabani. The song is from his latest album “Ila Tilmethuh” (To His Student), which was released during the Muslim Eid Al Fitr holiday.
