Egyptian actress Hanan Turk has just completed shooting the final scenes of her upcoming film “Kalam Fil Hub” (Love Talk). The actress had upon her return from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Lebanon, where she spent New Year’s Eve with her husband and children, rushed to the filming set and worked long hours to complete the remaining scenes.
Hanan revealed that in the upcoming days she will begin work on her new television drama series “Sarah”, reported the Egyptian based weekly, Al Nogoom. Hanan plays the role of a mentally retarded girl in "Sarah", alongside Egyptian actors Tareq Lutfi, Sawsan Bader, and Ahmad Riziq.
The drama is to be produced by Shireen Adel, whom Hanan is holding work sessions with to be able to understand her role better. She is trying to study real cases of people who are mentally retarded, wanting to fully comprehend the behavior of a mentally retarded person. Hanan has been shied away from television, turning down many offers. The drama series "Sarah" seems different to Hanan; therefore, she accepted the offer without hesitation.
Besides having successful leading roles in films and in television drama series, Hanan had stared in a music video with prominent Iraqi singer Kathem El Saher. The actress stressed that her participation did not mark a unique one and she appeared as any other model that acts in a music video
