A Syrian actor is dead
The Syrian actor Hasan Asrab has passed away at the age of 62 after suffering a massive heart attack. The Syrian Actors Association announced the celebrity death recognising that the Syrian acting community had lost a founder of the original theatrical movement in the Syrian city of Latakia.
Hasan was noted for his range of roles in television dramas, plays, radio and dubbed dramas.
The highlight of Hasan’s career was probably his participation in the first segment of the comedy drama “Youmiat Mudeer Aam” (Days of a General Manager) alongside Syrian actor Ayman Zaydan. He made a name for himself through the popular comedy drama “Day’ah Dai’ah” (Lost Village) also.
