Head-turning The Voice is back! One judge revealed inside
One of the most popular singing talent shows is coming back by popular demand, bringing along with it one of its most-beloved judges too.
Assi Helani revealed that he will be rejoining the judging panel for yet more “head-turning” auditions. As for the other judges, their fate is still unknown. Ah well, as long as you're there Assi!
The Lebanese hottie is not only a fan of singers on his show, but of the rival Arab Idol contingent as well. We all remember his magnificent performance on Idol 2's season finale.
Assi admitted that he tuned in to all the final episodes of Idol, and truly enjoyed listening to the three finalists Egyptian Ahmad Jamal, Syrian Farah Yousif and Mohammad Assaf, who won the title. Checking out the competition are we?
Maybe not - the singer said that he was taken by Farah's singing of the traditional Syrian song, was touched by Ahmad's singing for Egypt and was mesmerized by Mohammad's singing.
No wonder then that Assi told Laha Magazine that he would have wanted all three finalists to be on his team had they been contestants on The Voice.
The loyal judge is hoping for the return of fellow judges Tunisian singer Saber Rebai, Iraqi singer Kazem Al Saher and Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab. He's convinced that audiences enjoyed watching the 'Fantastic Four' team together; we know we did Assi!
3 judges are yet to be revealed, who do you think will make the cut?
