The Jordanian actress Hiyam Jaba’y will star in a new Kuwaiti Bedouin television drama series called “Waed Lazam” (Lazam’s Promise), produced by Kuwaiti television.
According to the London daily Elaph, Hiyam will travel to Kuwait in the next few days to start filming the series starring a number of other Jordanian actors like Zuhair Al Nobani and Abeer Isa. The new series also stars a number Kuwaiti actors, like Ali Al Braiki, Khaled AL Braiki, and Najla Abdullah.
The new series will be aired on the Kuwaiti television channel during the 2010 Ramadan season.
Hiyam said that she is happy to start the New Year with a new project with a great story line and scenario.
The new series is written by Nada Al Thifari and directed by Jaman Al Riwa’y.
