Jordan’s Umniah telecom customers can now watch original Jazwood content alongside Hollywood and Bollywood movies, TV shows, documentaries and kids content by subscribing to the Shababi prepaid plan for 6JD a month on any internet-enabled device, following a strategic partnership with the Middle East and North Africa’s leading internet streaming service, ICFLIX.
A promotional offer from Umniah telecom allows its customers to subscribe for 1JD from the original price of 6JD. To avail the offer, customers may subscribe to the service by dialing *444#, which will enable them access to the latest popular Jazwood series Al Sayeda Al Oula, Seerat Hob, Bent Al Shahbandar and Cello alongside award-winning Hollywood movies such as The Wolf of Wall Street, Hugo and The Tourist. The promotional offer will be valid until 13th December 2015.
“The strategic partnership is first of its kind in Jordan and will offer Umniah customers a value-for-money entertainment experience, allowing them to stream their favourite content through a simple subscription process straight from their mobile phone. This is great news for those who enjoy watching movies and TV series on demand,” Carlos Tibi, CEO and co-founder of ICFLIX said.
Zaid Ibrahim, Consumer Marketing Director at Umniah, added: “This strategic partnership with ICFLIX will offer consumers a more reliable way for those who enjoy watching movies and TV series while pleasing their own choice and taste. This partnership shows Umniah’s continuous focus on improving and promoting valuable services to its customers.”
