Jada Pinkett Smith is said to be in talks to star in the second and third installments of The Matrix.
The Hollywood Reporter says if Smith signs on, she will be on hand when the sequel starts production in March in Australia. The third installment of the movie is due to start filming just as soon as the second one is done.
The trade magazine says the story lines for both sequels are being kept secret. Pinkett Smith would be playing the love interest to the character played by Laurence Fishburne, who was in the original cast.
Pinkett Smith is in Spike Lee's film Bamboozled. She is also to star in Kingdom Come, which is also due out this year. – Albawaba.com.
