Jomanah Bo Eid turns the seasons with Latifa

Tunisian artist Latifa was a guest on the entertainment show “Kalimat Fasel” (The Word oF the Season) which is hosted by Jomanah Bo Eid. The co-host of the show Jomanah talked to Latifa about everything that suited her and laid in front of her all the seasons and what they meant for her. Latifa talked about her art journey and moving from singing to theater and even the cinema and she talked about her strong and weak points and how she has high hopes and feels homesick.
According to the London daily Elaph, the studio started glowing when Latifa talked about her lover; she said that her lover is from every Arab country, because his identity doesn’t matter and that he is honest and giving. He has respect for art and for women, and she added that he has great respect for her success and loves her very much. Latifa did not say his name, yet her face was painted with love all over.
Jomanah had asked Latifa about her relationship with Al Rahabani and the second announced that there might be a theater project that will unite her once more with Ziad Al Rahabani.
Latifa talked about the many who call themselves artist but they are far from it. She compared them to drugs because they are poisoning the young listeners’ minds with their music and nudity.
Latifa talked about the artists that she likes listening to and they are Elissa, Najwa Karam, Julia Botros, George Wasoof, Hani Shaker and Ziad Rahabani. Latifa was not satisfied with Emirati singer Ahlam for saying only people from the Gulf countries should sing Khaliji (Gulf) songs, but admitted that Ahlam is the best Khaliji singer.
At the end of the show Latifa sang her best old and new hits and even sang the song “Shams Al Haq” (The Rightful Sun) for Lebanese artist Julia Botros.
