Syrian actress Jomanah Murad is very happy with the success of the film “Capri,” which she started in and she regrets starring in the film “Lahathat Onothah” (Female Moments).

As for the film “Capri,” Jomanah feels that the directing was great and the performance of the actors was stellar.  She considers it her first starring role in an Egyptian film.

As for “Lahathat Onutha,” Jomanah feels that “it never existed.” She insists that the script she first read for the film was totally different than the finished product. Jomanah was presented as a seductive actress in the film, which she regrets.  Jomanah is disappointed with the film and said that she feels “betrayed.”

According to the London daily Elaph, Jomanah said that she is taking a break from starring in Egyptian drama series because she is busy with other drama projects outside Egypt.

She will star in the third part of the famous Syrian drama series “Bab Al Harah” (Neighborhood Door) and in the Jordanian Bedouin drama series “Niran Al Bawadi” (Fires Of The Deserts), with Jordanian singer Omar Al Abdullat.

Jomanah, known for her slender figure, said that she does not follow any type of diet.   She said that she eats what she likes and that she is a great cook of Syrian and Egyptian dishes.

She does not like skinny women who go to extreme in dieting, said Jomanah.
