Kadim al Sahir is back to his mentoring best

Kadim al Sahir picks up his award for Best Arabic Artist 2012.

'Voice' coach, Kadim al Sahir, clearly takes his role as mentor seriously. The Iraqi singing star has already taken one of his old contestants under his wing and now he's moving on to yet another.

This time it's Tunisian beauty, Yousra Mahnouch, another failed contestant on his TV talent show, who he is leading to fame and fortune. Kadim called her the "Lady of Traditional Music" when she appeared on screen for her special style of classical singing.

The Iraqi songster is planning to guide her to success by producing a new album with her. But will it be a question on her riding on his fame or him riding on her talent?
