Kathem al Saher Sings for Palestinians in Australia

The Iraqi singer Kathem al Saher announced that he would donate the proceeds to be generated from his three concerts in Australia which would begin Thursday to the victims of the Israeli brutality in Palestine. 

Saher’s business manager told the daily al Hayat, “singer of Ana Wa Laila (Laila and Myself) who will sing at Sydney Opera House will open his concerts with a song about the Intifada entitled Ya Quds, Ya Madinat al Salam (Jerusalem, City of Skies) written by the Emirati poet Mane’ said al Otaibah. 

The renowned singer confirmed the charity aspect of his artistic career as he performed concerts and composed tunes in favor of war victims and siege imposed on the Iraqi people. He also participated in the donation campaign for the victims of what was described as the death train and the children cancer hospital in Egypt.
