On the program “E-Scope,” the host Rania placed a phone call to the Lebanese artist Madline Matar in order to ask her about her dispute with the famous Lebanese artist Haifa Wahbi.
According to the London daily Elaph, the phone call was made during the section of the program called “Hadeeth Al Sa’ah” (The Talk OF The Hour).
During the screening of Madline’s first film “Akher Kalam” (The Last Talk), Haifa showed up at the screening and took the attention away from the film and its stars.
The co-host asked Madline if it really was a coincidence or the press knew about Haifa.
Madline said, “Haifa is filming a cinema film now called “Dukan
Shahateh” (Shahateh’s Supermarket) and she hopes that no one would take the joy and happiness from her when screened”. She also added that if someone did the same for Haifa and took away her happiness Haifa would have a bigger reaction than her.
Haifa said that she decided to go to the screening of “Akher Kalam” just two hours before the screening started.
