Leaving Alaa Walieddin Behind, Mohammed Saad Goes It Alone
One of the most memorable characters in last year’s hit film Al Nazer (The Principal), was the tough guy Al Limbi, played by Mohammed Saad. So, the producers have decided to give Limbi a film all his own, according to Cairolive.com.
The loveable Limbi literally stole the show from the film star, Alaa Walieddin, with his tough guy thug antics. And, as fans of Saad will attest, the actor certainly has it in him to hold his own as a solo film star.
The new Egyptian film will tackle Limbi’s life from an earlier stage, and of course, will feature a happy ending where he will renounce violence and "baltaga" (thuggery).
Scriptwriter Ahmed Abdulla, the daily Al Wafd said, is putting the final touches on the script and the film is set to begin shooting in a month or so – Albawaba.com
