Majida Al Roumi heads to the great palaces of Budapest
Prominent Lebanese singer Majida Al Roumi revealed that she has just completed placing the final touches on her upcoming album and is preparing for her trip to Budapest. The singer announced that she has chosen Budapest to shoot two music videos under the direction of Lebanese director Saeed Al Marouq.
According to the London based Elaph, the first video Majida will shoot is for the song “Al Hub Wal Wafa” (Love and Loyalty) written by Al Naser and composed by Abdul Rab Idrees. The second clip the singer will film is for the song “Bahibak Jidan” (I Love You Dearly) by late poet Nizar Qabani and composed by Marwan Khoury.
Majida revealed that this is her first cooperation with Saeed and she is very optimistic about the outcome of the videos. The clips will be shot in the Indian capital and in some of great palaces that are considered to perfectly fit the theme of the songs in terms of words and compositions. The new album features a variety of eight songs one of which Majida revealed will be a surprise to her fans.
The Lebanese diva is one of the brightest stars in Lebanon and one of the most impressive voices in the Arab world, referred to by many as the Princess of Romance. She grew up in a world full of music and nature, which made her become more sensitive and more eager to present real art that reflects her true talent.
Majida started her career with the song [Khidni Habibi] and since then a true profound love story started between Majida and her fans that became more eager to listen to her great works.
Majida was chosen as a UNICEF ambassador to help the needy and despite this responsibility and her career she is a great mom. Majida says that she finds herself in her house taking care of her children.
