It is known that Good News belongs to known journalist Imad Eldin Adeeb, who has begun his film production with the film “Imarit Ya’qoubain” starring prominent Egyptian actors Adel Imam and Nour El Sharif, in addition to producing the new film “Halim” starring prominent Egyptian actor Ahmad Zaki.

According to the London based weekly, Laha, the singer’s office has added that a grand ceremony will be held in the very near future to celebrate the signing of the contract. Majida will be acting alongside Ahmad in the film “Halim” and will sing the opening and ending songs of the movie.

The concert marks Majida’s first appearance after the assassination of Lebanon’s PM Rafiq Al Hariri and the singer appeared in mourning during the press conference held in Egypt for the event and was dressed in black.

At the press conference, Majida stressed that those behind Harir’s assassination are traitors inside Lebanon, whom with the help of outside powers committed the crime. She added that the conspirators must be found and severely punished for deceiving not Al Hariri, but all Lebanese citizens, and that condolences must be given to all of Lebanon and not only Al Harir, because he was the heart of Lebanon that was broken.
