The Syrian music union was supposed to ban Lebanese singer Marwa from singing in Syria and put her on the list of female singers who try to sell their bodies to sell their music, yet the decision came from Egypt first.
The decision comes after the incident of the Egyptian young men that harassed Marwa at her north shore concert when she was dressed in a half nude dress. The concert was widely criticized like no other concert, where the news got to the Egyptian Parliament. Members of the parliament gave out an order to censor all singing concert to avoid such incidents.
According to the London daily Elpah, this is not the first time that the Lebanese signer creates this type of problems in Egypt. Marwa was denied an acting career in Egypt by its acting union leader. However, after having so many arguments and discussions with the union she managed to turn over the decision.
This time the decision is taken seriously, since Marwa is accused of purposely sexually turning the young men on in Egypt with her seductive style and moves. The decision is spread out all over the media in Egypt; however, will Marwa turn over the decision once again? This question is yet to be answered.
