According to E! Online, the cowboy getup was reworked by Italian designers Dolce & Gabbana. Originally, the costume was made by the legendary Nashville designer Nudie. It was especially tailored for Madonna’s appearance at the MTV European Awards in Stockholm. – Albawaba.com.
