The Syrian singer Mayada Al Hinawi received rude comments from the Kuwaiti singer Abdullah Rowaished. Al Hinawi claims that he said that he does not like her music, and that she has gained a tremendous amount of weight in a short period.
Mayada recently appeared as a guest on “Al Araab” show aired on MBC and responded that Rowaished’s comments were rude.
Mayada congratulated Rowaished for the failure of his concert at the Carthage Festival in Tunisia where only 200 people attended.
She then praised Khaliji singer Hussein Al Jismi, calling him a very successful singer.
Mayada also raised so many eyebrows when she said that she prefers the Iraqi singer Kathem Al Saher singing style over Lebanese singer George Wasoof and Egyptian singer Amer Diab. Mayada says that the secret behind Kathem’s success is that he has right public relations.
Kathem also appeared as a guest on “Al Araab” during the same episode.
