Egyptian actress Mina Shalabi and Tunisian actress Hind Sabri are getting ready to meet for the fourth time in a new movie called “Ka’mat Al Basha” (The General’s List). The movie is created and directed by Sa’ed Hamed and a number of well known actors will be starring alongside Mina and Hind like; Khaled Abu Al Naja, Majdi Kamal and Izat Abo Oof. Both actresses previously starred in the films “Ahla Al Awqat” (Best Times), “Banat Wasat Al Balad” (Downtown Girls) and “Wiga”.
The story of the new film revolves around two young ladies, the first is Mina who comes from a rich family and falls in love with a young poor man who is a religious fundamentalist. She gets very attached to him, despite her family’s wishes and even her rich friends don’t approve of their relationship. Mina’s new friend tries to use her in a terrorist act against the well known and rich people in her community.
According to the website Yallabina.com, the second lady played by Hind Sabri is a role of a poor girl who falls in love with a rich man who is womanizer. He tires to persuade her into sleeping with him, when she finally decides to giver herself to him, the character that is played by Mina saves her from him. Both ladies become very close friends after what both have been through.
