Egyptian singer Mohammad muneer was shocked with circulating rumors about him being critically ill and that he had travelled to Germany to undergo treatment.
Mohammad stressed that he was in Germany on a musical tour which witnessed tremendous success.
Several newspapers had published that the singer was very sick and had to travel immediately to Germany for treatment, a matter that he strongly denied.
