Muna Shalabi survives car accident

Young Egyptian actress Muna Shalabi had encountered a car accident on her way from the airport after she had dropped her friend off. Muna’s car hit a truck and was flipped over several times.

The actress was immediately taken to hospital where she received the proper treatment and due to the minimal injuries she had was then taken home by her mother, resigned actress Zizi Mustafa.

Zizi had revealed to the press that her daughter is recovering from the accident and that she is very grateful that no serious injuries were reported. She did reveal that Muna’s state of mind is very stressed as a result of the accident.

On a different note, Muna’s latest film that is being shown in theaters is “Kida Rida” (This is Rida) alongside actor Ahmad Hilmi. The film is directed by Ahmad Jalal.

The actress is also scheduled to have a second film released during the upcoming Muslim holiday Eid Al Fitr titled “Al Wareeth” (The Heir) alongside Hani Salameh and directed by Mohammad Ali.
