Muna Zaki, Ahmed Helmi to bring romance back to screen

The Seventh Art Group, which is the most recent Egyptian conglomerate for film production, is currently negotiating with the renowned couple, Muna Zaki and Ahmed Helmi, to play a starring role together in a film to be shot as of the beginning of next September, according to the London based Arabic daily al Sharq al Awsat. 

The film scripted by Medhat al Adel and directed by Said Hamed belongs to the romantic and comedy genre and depicts the story of two university students linked with a big love story which has always been the biggest incentive and drive foreword. 

Ahmed and Muna agreed in principle on the offer particularly in view of the fact that the film is full of romance which the big screen lacks these days. The events of the film are close to the real story of their marriage. 

The Seventh Art Group is comprised of 12 film production and sale companies. It began its actual activities this summer as it is currently distributing a number of films by comedy stars -- Albawaba.com
