Young Egyptian couple Muna Zaki and Ahmad Hilmi have sued a Lebanese magazine for publishing an article about them stating that they have been separated. The magazine wrote that disputes between the couple had erupted over the fact that Muna refused her husband’s demands of quitting her job and becoming a housewife in order to take care of their home and only daughter Lilly.
Ahmad stressed that he has hired a lawyer to take the case and that this will mark the first time that he presses charges against the press, but this time he felt rumors have gotten out of hand negatively affecting his personal life. Ahmad and Muna revealed that they are fed up with the media and the lies they keep publishing stressing that they have a very strong and happy marriage and nothing will ever change that.
Recently, the administration of Rotana has announced that it will stop the airing of the album “Making Off” for the film “Abu Ali” after the leading Egyptian actress Muna Zaki called to inform them of her extreme disappointment. The actress revealed her anger for the extensive broadcasting of the album, which contains intimate scenes of her and actor Kareem Abdul Aziz.
The actress stressed that the scene of her and Kareem near the lake makes people think that a very intimate relationship exists between them without knowing that its just scenes from the film. The incident also made Muna’s husband Ahmad Hilmi go into a rage demanding that Rotana stop airing the clip.
