Munza Zaki travels to the Maldives
Egyptian young actress Muna Zaki has announced that she is going to take a five-month vacation from the cinema, to dedicate all her time for the shooting of her upcoming TV series “Jeha al Masri” (The Egyptian Jeha), according to al Bayan newspaper.
Zaki, who recently starred in the Egyptian movie blockbuster “Mafia”, has also told the daily that she would be taking a vacation to the Maldives with her husband Ahmed Helmi after “Jeha al Masri”. “It’s been a tiring year for both of us and we need a vacation. I will be back to star in a play with Ahmed el Sakka.” Zaki added.
“I’m back to the silver screen with a great traditional work by writer Yusri al Gundi. In the movie I play the role of a princess, who falls in love with the Sultan’s son, despite the fact that he doesn’t love her. On the other side, she finds that Shuheibar (Jeha’s son) is falling in love with her, but rejects this love because she doesn’t find him suitable for her,” Zaki said when asked about the role she’s playing in “Jeha al Masri”.
“Juha al Masri”, directed by Magdi Amira, marks the first cooperation for the young actress with writer Gundi and well-known actor Yehha al Fakharani, who will also be starring in the series. The series includes manyf renowned stars like, Lucy and Ahmed Rezek. – Albawaba.com
