The Beirut home of legendary singer Fairuz is now scheduled to be restored and turned into a museum, commemorating the life of the songstress.
It was a sad Saturday night to be Salma Rachid or Perwaz Hussein. The two gals made it so close and yet so far from the end of the competition and were eliminated from the weekend's show, while Ragheb Alama gets a big a surprise.

Nancy Ajram has been on the judging panel all season for Arab Idol 2, but on Saturday night's elimination episode, the songstress turned guest star. Her dress may have been the biggest hit of the night, but her songs were good too.
Long-running rival judges Ahlam and Ragheb Alama have put their behind past them and become friends again on the set of Arab Idol, Friday night, with Diana Haddad guest appearing.
Word on Twitter is that folks were rolling in Dubai after the British comedian performed two sell-out gigs at Dubai World Trade Centre.
