Egyptian singer Mustafa Amar is currently studying a very generous offer to sign with one of he Saudi production companies after his cuurent contract with Alam El Phan “world of art” Production Company ends. Amar had previously worked with the Saudi Company and achieved great success, a matter that makes the shift easier for him. The new contract states that Mustafa must produce three album in three years, one each year, and will be paid a price of 2.5 million US dollars.

Mustafa is very anxious these days because his movie “Bahibak Wi Ana Kaman” (I love you Also) will be released the first day of the holy Muslim holiday Eid Al Fitr directly after Ramadan. The screening of his film forced him to cut his visit to Beirut short and return to Cairo to attend to some minor detail to make sure that the movie is a success.

Mustafa Amr has finally released his latest album "Rouhi Feek" (My Soul is in You) under the production of Alam El Phan Music Company. The new album features ten new songs that are mostly composed by Mustafa himself.

The singer filmed two songs "Rouhi Feek" and "Meen Ghairak" (Who Other than You) in the form of a video clip. The songs were both filmed in Paris under the direction of French director Stephan Leonard.

A number of male Egyptian singers have gone out of their way trying to cut a deal with Lebanese-Colombian singer Shakira Mubarak in order to sing a duet with her. The recent addition to the list of singers that are undergoing extensive negotiations with Shakira is Mustafa Amr, being fourth in line after Amr Diab, Hamada Hilal, and Tamer Hosni. Mustafa has been trying very hard to keep his negotiations with Shakira a complete secret not wanting the word to get out unless he is successful in convincing her to sing with him.

It was revealed that despite the secrecy of Mustafa, it his negotiations have become publicly known. Shakira until this point has not reached an agreement with any Arab singer making room for more attractive offers. Shakira has previously announced that she will accept no less than 2 million US dollars from any Arab singer wishing to sing a duet with her. The singer has made her request to her business manager and stated clearly that anyone wishing to sing with her must meet the price she set. –Albawaba.com
