Producer Mohammad Yasin was surprised to discover that a number of copies of the latest album by Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram were pirated. Mohammad discovered the matter when he realized that ‘Rotana’s’ name was being typed as the name of the production company, when in fact the production company ‘Arabica Music’ produced the album.
A press release was made by ‘Arabica Music’ stating that it is the producing company and not ‘Rotana’ and that no blame or responsibility was placed on ‘Rotana’ for the fraud. It is not known who created the pirated copies and why they had done it. In addition to this, most of the songs of the album were leaked before its release and were being aired on the Internet.
The new album titled “Nancy 7”, which stands for the seventh album released by Nancy since the beginning of her singing career, is witnessing tremendous success and toping music charts around the Arab world.
