Famous Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram announced a surprise to her Egyptian fans and to the “Pharos Team” that she will be presenting them a new song which will be dedicated to Egypt. The song which is called “Masr Al Arousa Al Mahrousa” (Egypt The Protected Bride) was performed by Nancy at the conclusion ceremony of the “Arab Media Festival”.
Once again the Lebanese artist who has great popularity in the Egyptian streets that she wishes the Egyptian soccer success in all their future games.
According to the London daily Elaph, in an announcement that she made and was released by “Akhbar Masr” site which is part of the Radio and television union, that she is a fan of the Egyptian soccer team. She said that the Egyptian team has great wins.
As for her new song “Masr Al Arousa Al Mahrousa” it was written by the poet Ayman Bahjat Qamar and composed by the musician Amar Al Shira’y. The song “Masr Al Arousa Al Mahrousa” is considered to be the first songs that Nancy works on with the famous Egyptian musician Amar Al Shira’y, but it is not the first with the poet Ayman Bahjat Qamar. She had worked with the second on two of her famous hits “Ah O Nos” and “Ya Tabtab”.
The famous Lebanese artist was attacked by the Algerian fans when she announced that she’ll be cheering for the Egyptian team. On the other hand, Nancy sent an invitation to the Egyptian soccer team to attend the conclusion ceremony of the “Arab Media Festival” in order to hear the new song. She also sang singing the famous song “Low Sa’altak Inta Masri” (If I Ask You Are You Egyptian”.
