Nawal Al Zoghbi, “The idea of marriage postponed for a later date”

According to the London daily Elaph, the famous Lebanese artist Nawal Al Zoghbi was recently a guest on the radio station “Rotana Delta.”

Nawal was interviewed by the host Miray Eid.   During the interview Nawal asserted that she has good relations with the music production company ‘Rotana.’ She also said that she was not present for the “Iftar” (breaking of fasting in Ramadan) meal held by ‘Rotana’ manager Salem Al Hindi, because she was sick.

 Nawal talked about her close relationship with the Lebanese artist Najwa Karam.

Regarding her divorce, which she recently announced, she said, “It is a normal situation that happens to many married couples.” Nawal’s ex-husband Eli Deeb is still her business manager, despite their divorce.

When Nawal was asked if she would marry a second time, she said that now is not the right time to discuss it.

  Nawal said that making a duet with the Emirati singer Ahlam has yet to be finalized.

 Nawal held a concert in Dubai with Lebanese superstars Asi Hinlani and Diana Haddad. Nawal said that she met Diana behind the scenes and they talked about their children, families and their latest career news.

 INawal is getting ready to travel to the United States for another musical tour.  She will be accompanied by the Lebanese artist Melhim Zain. The tour is organized by the producer Yousif Harb and the tour will be launched from the Crown Plaza Hotel in Huston Texas on November 7.  She will host a concert at the Horse Show Casino the following day. The last concert will be held on November 15.
