Nawal al Zughbi to produce film about her life history

Lebanese singer Nawal al Zughbi is currently gearing up for shooting a documentary film that depicts her life history, starting from the very beginning of her singing career till she became a star, according to the London-based Arabic daily al Sharq al Awsat. 

The documentary also sheds light on some aspects of the singer’s personal and social life, which affected her career. 

Al Zughbi will produce the film which is being prepared by the journalist Emad Musa and will be directed Tony Qahwaji. The documentary is scheduled to be screened on several TV channels. 

The 25-minute film includes special photos that have never been published before, as well as interviews with the singer, and her friends and relatives. 

Meanwhile, al Zughbi is working on a Turkish song after it has been translated into Arabic and remade by the Lebanese musician Jane Mary Riyashi. Zughbi purchased the proprietary for recording the song in Arabic.  

The song comes within a new album comprising of 9 songs which the Lebanese singer is currently recording at the Lebanese Egyptian studios.  

Zughbi will be in Lebanon during the next two months to wrap up some records in order to release her new songs.
