Lebanese songstress Nawal Zughbi has begun rehearsals for her latest album, which is set to include a duet with Algerian singer Cheb Mami, reported Huriati magazine.
According to the Egyptian publication, the song was written and composed by Mami himself and Zughbi will be singing in English.
Mami is most famous worldwide for his song alongside international star singer Sting. Their hit, Dessert Rose went up the charts and reached the No. one spot in the UK and US charts.
Meanwhile, the magazine also verified that the songstress will be teaming up with Egyptian mega star singer Amr Diab for a different kind of duet… acting.
Both singers have given their initial thumbs up to the project. However, Zughbi said she has to study the script very well before signing the papers. – Albawaba.com.
